Overview
Low-Pressure Die Casting (LPDC)
Low-pressure die casting fills the die from below under gentle, controlled pressure, giving smooth metal flow, low porosity and high density. The result is castings with superior mechanical properties, well suited to heat treatment and structural loads.
Marcus uses LPDC for larger and safety-critical aluminium components that demand consistent integrity across every part.
