High Pressure Die Casting

Precision Aluminium Die Casting Manufacturers – Marcus Hi-Tech Engineering

With 45+ years of expertise, Marcus Hi-Tech delivers precision zinc and aluminium die cast components for automotive and industrial sectors.

Stop Machining, Start Casting: Unlocking Operational Agility

Reliance on cumbersome, machined-from-solid components frequently creates bottlenecks in scalability and thermal management for modern OEMs. High-pressure aluminium die casting resolves these engineering constraints by enabling the rapid production of complex, thin-walled geometries without compromising tensile strength or dimensional stability. This methodological shift drives substantial operational efficiencies, minimizing secondary machining requirements while maximizing component longevity and payload economy. Partner with Marcus Hi-Tech to integrate these superior metallurgical standards directly into your manufacturing ecosystem.

How to Start Your Custom Die Casting Project

Follow this streamlined guide to transform your CAD designs into precision-engineered aluminium components. We move from initial feasibility analysis to full-scale production, ensuring your parts meet the strict tolerances required by automotive and industrial standards.

Supplies Needed:

Step 1: Submit Your Design for Feasibility Review

Upload your 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings through our secure client portal. Ensure you include critical dimensions, weight requirements, and specific alloy preferences (such as ADC12 or A380). Our engineering team reviews these files to identify any potential casting issues, such as wall thickness consistency or draft angle requirements.

Step 2: Select Alloy and Surface Finish

Consult with our metallurgists to finalize the aluminium alloy that best fits your mechanical and thermal needs. At this stage, you will also define post-processing requirements, including shot blasting, powder coating, or precision CNC machining, to ensure the final part is ready for assembly.

Step 3: Tooling and Prototype Development

Once the design is locked, we initiate the mold design and fabrication process. We create a high-precision die and run a limited “pilot batch” of prototypes. These samples are subjected to X-ray inspection and dimensional analysis to verify they match your exact specifications before mass production begins.

Step 4: Approve for Mass Production

Review the prototype report and physical samples. Upon your approval, Marcus Hi-Tech schedules the full production run. We implement automated quality checks throughout the casting cycle to ensure consistent porosity control and dimensional accuracy across thousands of units.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the range of Marcus Hi-Tech’s machine tonnage?
We operate a comprehensive fleet ranging from small 80-Ton hot chamber machines up to massive 2500-Ton cold chamber cells for heavy industrial parts.
How do I know which machine size my part needs?
Machine size is determined by the "projected area" of your part and the injection pressure. Our engineering team will calculate the required clamping force (tonnage) to ensure safety and quality.
Do you have Vacuum Die Casting capabilities?
Yes. Our 800T and larger machines are equipped with high-performance vacuum valves (Chill-Vents) to produce low-porosity, heat-treatable components.
What machine brands do you use?
Our facility utilizes top-tier machinery from globally recognized brands such as Bühler, Toshiba, Ube, and LK to ensure reliability and precision.
Where are your casting facilities located?
Our machine shops are located in India (Pune, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Faridabad, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Hyderabad), Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh), and China (Tianjin, Qingdao, Ningbo, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Jiangsu Province).
