Which certifications does Marcus hold?

Marcus is certified to IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, issued by United Registrar of Systems (URS), covering the manufacture of aluminium and zinc pressure die casting components with machining, powder coating, and assembled components.

What inspection equipment is available in-house?

CMM, optical emission spectrometer, leak testing systems, air plug gauges, K-mold testers and gross meter systems, plus inline DFT and receiving gauges.

Does Marcus supply PPAP documentation?

Yes. PPAP submissions, APQP planning, FMEA, SPC data, and First Article Inspection Reports are all part of our standard programme documentation.
