What is the difference between QA and QC at Marcus?
QA is preventive — DFM, APQP, PPAP, trials, and control plans that stop defects being designed or planned in. QC is verification — inline inspection, CMM, spectrometry, leak testing, gauges, and FAIR that confirm what was produced matches specification.
Do you provide inspection reports with shipments?
Yes. Dimensional reports, material certificates, and FAIR/PPAP documentation are supplied per programme requirements.
How are non-conformances handled?
Through a documented CAPA process — containment, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and verification of effectiveness, with customer feedback closed back into the QMS.
