Why does Marcus work with partnered manufacturing facilities?
Partnered facilities allow Marcus to extend its capabilities beyond in-house operations. By collaborating with trusted partners for CNC machining, sheet metal, forgings, extrusions, and plastic injection moulding, we provide customers with a single-source solution for multiple processes — ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and shorter lead times.
How does Marcus ensure the quality of parts made at partner facilities?
All partnered facilities operate under Marcus's quality framework. We enforce IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001 certified standards, conduct supplier audits, and integrate our APQP, PPAP, and FAIR inspection processes so every externally manufactured part matches in-house reliability.
What processes are supported through the partner network?
CNC machining (3/4/5 axis), sheet metal stamping (up to 1000T), forgings (80T–4000T), aluminium extrusions, investment and sand castings, and plastic injection moulding (up to 3200T). Secondary operations such as painting, welding, anodising, plating, and heat treatment are also available.
Where are the partnered facilities located?
Across India, Vietnam, and China. This global footprint ensures efficient logistics, cost advantages, and flexible supply chain solutions.
