While our in-house facilities specialise in die casting, machining, surface treatment, and assembly, our partnered manufacturing facilities allow us to offer a far wider range of production capabilities, materials, and processes.

This strategic network ensures that customers benefit from global scalability, supply chain flexibility, and multi-process manufacturing under a single trusted partner.

CNC Machining

Partner facilities equipped with advanced 3/4/5 axis machining centres
High-volume, precision machining for automotive and aerospace parts
Ability to process aluminium, steel, copper, titanium, and specialty alloys

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Progressive die stamping and transfer die stamping (machines up to 1000T)
Deep draw stamping for automotive, appliance, and industrial applications
Sheet metal fabrication including laser cutting, bending, and welding

Forgings

Hot forgings, cold forgings, and open die forgings
Machine capacity from 80T to 4000T
Materials: aluminium (6061, 7075), carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, copper and brass
Heat treatment up to T6 and various secondary operations available

Aluminium Extrusions

Aluminium extrusions up to 18 inches in size
Seamless aluminium extrusions up to 6.5 inches in size
Materials: 6063, 6061, 6005, 6082, 7005
Secondary operations: CNC machining, powder coating, painting, anodising, plating

Investment & Sand Castings

Investment castings — carbon steel, duplex steel, copper alloys, super alloys; parts up to 120 kg
Sand castings — ferrous (grey iron, ductile iron, alloy steels) and non-ferrous (aluminium, brass, bronze, copper); single casting up to 25T
Flexible capacities with tooling lead times of 4–6 weeks

Plastic Injection Moulding

Machines up to 3200T capacity
Materials: ABS, nylon, HDPE, PP, PC, PPS, GFPP, POM and more
Capabilities include painting, ultrasonic welding, and complete sub-assemblies

All partnered facilities operate under Marcus's quality framework. We enforce IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001 certified standards, conduct supplier audits, and integrate our APQP, PPAP, and FAIR inspection processes so every externally manufactured part matches in-house reliability.
