- Partner facilities equipped with advanced 3 / 4 / 5 axis machining centers

Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Progressive die stamping and transfer die stamping (machines up to 1000T)
- Deep draw stamping for automotive, appliance, and industrial applications
- Sheet metal fabrication including laser cutting, bending, and welding
Forgings
- Hot Forgings, Cold Forgings & Open Die Forgings
- Machine capacity from 80T to 4000
- Materials: Aluminum (6061, 7075), Carbon & Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper & Brass
- Heat treatment up to T6 and various secondary operations available
Aluminum Extrusions
- Aluminum extrusions (up to 12 inches in size)
- Seamless aluminum extrusions (up to 6.5 inches in size)
- Materials: 6063, 6061, 6005, 6082, 7005
- Secondary operations: CNC machining, powder coating, painting, anodising, plating
Investment & Sand Castings
- Investment Castings (IC) – materials: carbon steel, duplex steel, copper alloys, super alloys; parts up to 120 kg
- Sand Castings – ferrous (grey iron, ductile iron, alloy steels) & non-ferrous (aluminum, brass, bronze, copper); single casting up to 25T
- Flexible capacities with tooling lead times of 4–6 weeks
Plastic Injection Molding
- Machines up to 3200T capacity
- Materials: ABS, Nylon, HDPE, PP, PC, PPS, GFPP, POM and more
- Capabilities include painting, ultrasonic welding, and complete sub-assemblies
