Founded in 1981, Marcus Hi-Tech Engineering has built its reputation on long-term manufacturing partnerships and dependable execution. From its base in Coimbatore, India, the company has grown into a global supplier supporting OEM customers across automotive, EV, aerospace, electronics, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing. Marcus combines advanced die casting with in-house tooling, CNC machining, finishing, assembly, and structured quality systems to help customers reduce complexity and accelerate launches. Its approach is rooted in practical engineering support, certified processes, and scalable production planning. With a global manufacturing footprint and decades of hands-on experience, Marcus focuses on delivering aluminum die cast covers and related components that meet demanding technical requirements while simplifying the supply chain for customers worldwide.
The best alloy depends on the cover's performance requirements. For many aluminum die cast covers, ADC12 and A380 are widely used because they offer good castability, dimensional stability, and cost efficiency. If higher strength, corrosion resistance, or heat-treat response is needed, alloys such as A356, A357, LM6, or LM25 may be more suitable. Material selection should match sealing, load, finish, and end-use conditions.
